To bring a higher level of field hockey to all age groups in Northern VA

My my My my
Welcome to Potomac Field Hockey!!

Potomac Field Hockey is located in Northern Virginia, and serves hockey players primarily from Loudoun County, Virginia.  We are passionate about field hockey!  Our mission is to promote, teach, and grow the sport of field hockey.

We accomplish this through leagues for youth and adult, providing opportunities to grow with the game, and potentially to play in college or represent the US on one of the National Teams.  PFH is a member club with USA Field Hockey

Our league is funded entirely by registration fees, equipment profits, and sponsor donations.  Volunteers are critical to our success, and we thank all who support our goals and objectives!

New Youth Rec League Commissioner

We welcome Charlotte MacDonald to the PFH family as our new Youth Rec League Commissioner, although you may have already seen and met her at PFH's Fun Fest/Olympic Day last spring as well as at the PFH Field Hockey camps this summer.  Charlotte grew up in Bluemont and attended Foxcroft School in Middleburg where she played field hockey.  During her senior year, Charlotte served as captain, was the team's MVP, and was named to the First Team All-DAC.  Charlotte went on to attend Washington and Lee University (Lexington, VA) where she was a stand-out forward for the Generals field hockey team, serving as captain her senior year and one of 30 athletes nationwide named to participate in the NFHCA DIII Senior Game in 2015.   She is so excited about her new position, Charlotte has sat for her USAFH Level I and II coaching certifications within two months.  We are looking forward to the leadership and enthusiasm that Charlotte is bringing to our program!  She can be reached at .
